"Shelli, her assistant Adrea, and stager Katie were all wonderful to work with. We got (and accepted an offer) on our house within 24 hours of it hitting the market. You always hear that you never get back 100% of any renovations you do ... but in our case, we did. Through the process staging and renovating (paint, carpet, lighting fixtures, LVT tiles, new appliances, granite countertops, tile back splash, stylish new plumbing fixtures) I needed a lot of hand-holding, and got it in the form of quick replies to my text messages. Our buyers wanted a 90 day escrow (UGH), and we had a few people ask us if our agent had negotiated a significant earnest deposit because of it (she hadn't), and they were surprised, as they asked what our plans would be if the deal fell through, after being 3 months off the market. But, we recently closed escrow, and I know Shelli and Adrea are good, caring folk, as I had sent them text-images of our garden, that once the new buyers moved in, they would have missed all the spring-blooming beauty (due to the long escrow) ... and they promised to forward the images to the new home owners, even though they were slammed with a very busy market this past spring.
