Katie is a lifelong Omaha native who knows the city inside and out. She attended Creighton University, where she earned both her Bachelor’s degree and MBA in Marketing and Business Administration. Having lived in multiple areas throughout Omaha - from 42nd and California to Aksarben, 144th and Maple, and now Elkhorn - Katie brings a well-rounded understanding of the local market and its unique neighborhoods.

Katie joined the Klemke Real Estate Group in 2026 and has loved being part of a collaborative, client-focused team. She supports Shelli with administrative responsibilities while also continuing to grow her own real estate business. With a passion for helping clients find homes that truly fit their lifestyle, Katie enjoys guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process.

In addition to real estate, Katie works as a medical device sales representative. Her experience in both industries allows her to bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a highly personalized approach to every client interaction. She is naturally outgoing, organized, and dedicated to putting her clients’ needs first.

Outside of work, Katie is engaged to her fiancé Jake and enjoys spending time with him and his son, Brooks. She also loves her cavapoo, Dewey, and spends her free time running, traveling, taking photos, attending Creighton basketball games, and being with friends and family.

Katie has a true passion for real estate and believes a home is one of the most meaningful ways people express themselves. She is committed to building lasting relationships and helping clients feel confident and excited throughout their real estate journey.
